Our corporate partners, Deloitte, have recently launched their Planning and Development Real Estate outlook – Real Estate Planning and Development Statistics Year Outlook | Deloitte Ireland containing interesting insights from a planning, Tax, Funding and Sustainability viewpoint.
According to this report, the number of residential commencement notices lodged in Ireland in 2021 was above pre-pandemic levels with commencement notices being lodged on 24,304 units in 2021, in residential schemes comprising more than 20 units.
