Tenant forms are a binding agreement between tenants and landlords. It protects the interest and property of the landlord located on the terms and conditions. There are few landlords that are humane can understand when certain situations arise that cannot be avoided and missed the rent for the month, however it must be paid slowly, bit by bit.
