Tenant forms are a binding agreement between tenants and landlords. It protects the interest and property of the landlord located on the terms and conditions. Therefore in choosing the house to rent the tenant must consider the rental amount that within the budget range to avoid failures. There are few landlords that are humane can understand when certain situations arise that cannot be avoided and missed the rent for the month, however it must be paid slowly, bit by bit. The facts are the lease agreement was designed to protect the landlords from delinquent and abusive tenants and to protect the property value. However if both have good character friendship can be developed that will lead into long time landlord tenant relationship. And the tenant must not abuse if have a good landlord, tenants must remember that the agreement signed was made by a lawyer any violation could lead into more difficult situation. A good landlord tenant relationship must be bound along with the signed lease agreement.
