Shiel Sexton Intern Spotlight…

William Perez is a Sophomore at Purdue University, and he is majoring in Design Engineering and Administration. 

What assignments will you be working on/are associated with this summer? 

I am working on the Purdue Gateway task as a Project Engineer Intern. I will be performing carefully underneath a Job Engineer and Assistant Job Managers by serving to them with regardless of what they might require.  

Have you worked at Shiel Sexton ahead of? 

This will be my 1st summer months performing at Shiel Sexton and I am seeking ahead to discovering as considerably as possible during my internship.  

What is your previous internship expertise (if any)? 

This will be my initially experienced internship with a business. I have experienced various positions in the earlier in the hospitality and company marketplace, but I am psyched to last but not least perform in the Construction and Administration field. 

What are you hoping to master this summer months with this internship? 

I am hoping to understand worthwhile expertise and tactics for operating as a Venture Engineer in industrial scale tasks with equivalent magnitude to the Purdue Gateway Job. I am attaining valuable knowledge in the subject such as studying how to use a variety of design management application and applications which will help me visualize and boost my competencies. And finally, I am hoping to be able to conquer and adapt to no matter what difficulties may well current them selves on the venture website in an effective and secure way.  

How will this internship advance your profession?/ Where would you like your occupation to go? 

This internship has supplied me the opportunity to put my foot in the doorway and exhibit my talents by putting them to use for the advantage of the firm. I am looking to turn out to be a respectable Challenge Manager or Superintendent in the foreseeable future, and I am hoping that by continuing to perform and study underneath wonderful mentors at Shiel Sexton, I will be ready to complete these matters.  

What do you like about performing at Shiel Sexton? 

In my brief time at Shiel Sexton, I worth the character and genuineness of the people today I have been doing work beneath. They by no means be reluctant to cease and explain one thing to me, and for an individual who has a lot of queries like myself, it can make me feel valued as an intern.
