Graffiti was painted on a cemetery building at Fair Avenue and Third Street NE, New Philadelphia, according to a police report filed Sunday. The paint was red and blue.
A trail camera was reported on Sunday evening to have been stolen in the 300 block of Sixth Street NE, New Philadelphia, according to the Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy sheriff pursued a Polaris RZR side-by-side after it failed to obey his order to stop Sunday evening at N. Bridge Street and E. Jefferson Street in Stone Creek. The vehicle did not have a license plate. It was later found on Zinkon Road in Salem Township.
License plate PHY-7900 was stolen from a 2013 White Chevrolet pickup truck in the 1700 block of Saltwell Road NW, Dover, according to a report given Friday to a deputy sheriff. Stealing a license plate is a felony.
The lock was cut on a storage unit at Wilkshire Storage, 1675 Dover Zoar Road, north of Zoar, according to a report filed with the sheriff’s office Thursday.
The sheriff’s office took a report about a horse being neglected Sunday in the area of Little Buckhorn Road and Elliot Road in the Newcomerstown area.
